Welcome to the MacWorkshop Service System.
If you have an item in for service with us, you may track the progress of the work being done here. Every service job is assigned a unique, random number, with which you can track progress and responses both online and via email. For your reference, we provide complete archives of all your service jobs.
You may login here to check the status of your job(s) or update job notes. The Service Department will be notified of any updates you make. Please use the email address you used when booking the item in and the unique job number we gave you (on your check-in sheet).
If you have access to your email, you will find an email confirmation of the job number in your inbox with a direct link to your job(s). If it's not there, please check your junk or spam folder just in case.
